This Quick Fix includes identifying the source of your site’s crash, restoring functionality if possible within this scope, and stabilizing the environment.
If deeper repairs are required, such as theme reconstruction, plugin rewrites, or corrupted database recovery, you’ll receive a Deep Fix quote. Deep Fix work for this type of problem generally ranges from $495–$1,500.
Quick Fix services provide a diagnosis of your issue and an initial repair attempt for minor or contained problems. More complex or system-wide issues may require an upgraded service or a separate estimate to resolve fully. Completing this work may require access to your systems, and you agree to provide such access in a timely manner. While many issues can be resolved through the Quick Fix process, successful resolution is not guaranteed if the issue exceeds the defined scope. Quick Fix payment covers the diagnosis and the initial repair attempt.
